Time:
Be on the deck 30 minutes prior to departure time.
Charter times are scheduled on a dock-to-dock basis. All
departure times are subject to change to ensure the safety of our
passengers.
Rates: Rates are subject to change and do not
include customary tip for the crew (15%-20%).
All rods, reel, Ice, bait and tackle, filleting and bagging
of fish, are included. Rates do not include the loss of rod and reel
($300.) or Jigs ($15.)
Deposit
and Cancellation: Half of the charter fee must be charged to a
credit card at the time of making the reservation. Person making
reservation is financially responsible for paying the balance on the
day of the charter. Deposits will be refunded only if the client
cancels the charter two weeks prior to departure date. Cancellations
must be made in writing to receive a deposit refund

Safety:
The safety and enjoyment of our passengers and crew is extremely
important. It will be the sole decision of the vessel Captain in
assessing equipment, water and weather conditions as to actual
departure. If a cancellation must be made under the above
circumstances, it will be the client's choice for a refund of deposit
or rescheduling.
Medical
Concerns: Please inform Northeast Charter Boat Company of any
medical problems or special requirements at the time of booking.
Drugs
and Alcohol: Safety is our priority. We meet or exceed the
stringent USCG requirements for vessels. No more than one six-pack of
beer or one bottle of wine may be brought on board per person. The crew
will be happy to serve to you. No beer can be opened until the vessel
is three miles offshore, and no alcohol consumption is permitted at
least one half hour prior to arrival at the dock. The captain may
terminate the charter at any time, without refund, if one or more
individuals becomes intoxicated or cannot, in the captain's opinion,
follow directions in an emergency situation. We comply with the USCG
"Zero Tolerance Law" regarding drugs. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Fisheries:
We comply with ALL fisheries' rules and regulations.

SCHOOL BLUEFIN TUNA (under 73") may be caught and kept by charter
customers but CANNOT be sold. Limits vary with the season.
