The most common mistake made by new boat owners is being in too big of a hurry to leave the dock, risking their investment and the lives of others. Bad habits are hard to break; take the time to learn good safety techniques first. A safe and diligent skipper knows his vessel inside and out before he ever leaves the dock.
Instruction given by licensed Master Captains Debbie Jordan or Bill Lussier. Our customized full-day of instruction will be personalized for you and your vessel. We will teach you how to properly prepare your vessel to leave the dock:

In personalized full or half day instruction, you'll learn how to:
- Buy a boat: Save money and prevent costly mistakes.
- Boat at night: Acquire confidence cruising after dark during a 4-hour night cruise with our instructors on board to assist you and answer questions.
- Maintain your investment: Protect your equipment and the lives of others with proper maintenance while enhancing the value of your vessel.
- Plan a cruise: We'll assist you with routing, provisioning and preparations.
- Provision your vessel: Customize your needs for safety equipment, electronics, galley provisions and comfort on your vessel.
- Advanced nautical subjects: Receive customized instruction to advance your knowledge of specific nautical areas such as route planning, provisioning, anchoring and communication.
This full or half day of instruction aboard your own vessel will give you the confidence and ability to plot a course, navigate on open water, and follow nautical rules of the road. You'll learn:

Entertain on your vessel! We can staff, crew and provision your vessel while you enjoy the company of your guests for any special occasion, party, or fishing trip. Amenities can include captain, crew, staff, catering, bar, bartender, entertainers and cleanup.
